The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) is a self-financed and semi-autonomous body affiliated with the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The PIM, established in 1986 by an Ordinance under the Universities Act 16 of 1978, is one of the eight postgraduate institutes in the university system of Sri Lanka. PIM has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
