1. Introduction
Welcome to Leads Learning Center, a certified tuition center approved by the Ministry of Education in Qatar. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Enrollment and Admission
2.1. Admission is subject to availability and fulfillment of the center’s registration requirements.
2.2. All required documents, including student identification and academic records (if applicable), must be submitted during registration.
2.3. Leads Learning Center reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue services if a student fails to comply with the center’s policies.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1. Tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of the course or as per the agreed installment plan.
3.2. Fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances, subject to management approval.
3.3. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Attendance and Punctuality
4.1. Students are required to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
4.2. Any absence must be communicated in advance to the administration.
4.3. Leads Learning Center is not responsible for any missed lessons due to personal absences, but make-up sessions may be arranged at the discretion of the management.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Students must maintain respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
5.2. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to bullying, cheating, or disruptive behavior, may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.
5.3. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be used responsibly and only when permitted.
6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials provided by Leads Learning Center are for personal educational use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
6.2. The center retains all rights to educational content, including digital and printed materials.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. Parents/guardians must inform the center of any medical conditions or special needs of the student.
7.2. Leads Learning Center follows strict health and safety protocols, and students are expected to adhere to them.
7.3. The center is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on the premises due to student negligence.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. Cancellations must be notified in writing at least one week before the course begins to be eligible for any refund.
8.2. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the management.
8.3. If a class is canceled by Leads Learning Center, an alternative class or refund will be provided.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Leads Learning Center respects student and parent confidentiality and will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9.2. All personal information provided during registration is securely stored and used solely for educational purposes.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
